Overview of Role: 

The Senior Project Manager at TM3 Solutions leads the execution of a multi-year IT network modernization project across multiple Department of Defense installations. This role involves managing integrated schedules, coordinating site surveys and logistics, overseeing subcontractor performance, and serving as the primary on-site representative to government stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager ensures all team members meet operational requirements, manages security coordination across locations, and is responsible for delivering status reports and project deliverables 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Manages the day-to-day execution of a multi-year IT network modernization task order across multiple DoD installations. Develops and maintains integrated project schedules; coordinates site surveys, installation logistics, and personnel deployment; serves as the primary on-site contractor representative to the government; oversees subcontractor performance; manages base access and security coordination across geographically dispersed locations; ensures all team members meet on-call availability and response-time requirements; and prepares and submits project status reports and formal deliverables. 

Educational and Certification Requirement:  

Masters of Science 

PMP or DAWIA PM Level II; 10+ yrs DoD IT/network project management; experience with ANG/DAF programs 

Must have an Active Security Clearance
