Description

 Overview of Role 

The Project Manager will lead TM3 Solutions' operation and sustainment team for the RCPAMS platform, providing comprehensive project management services across all contract areas. This position is responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring successful delivery of all contractual requirements in accordance with DSCA standards. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities 

 

*Serve as the primary point of contact for TM3 Solutions' team with DSCA and stakeholders 

* Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive Project Management Plan 

* Manage the full project lifecycle, including phase-in, operations, and transitions 

* Lead team meetings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues 

* Develop and maintain project schedules with clearly defined milestones and deliverables 

* Prepare and submit comprehensive Contract Health Reports (CHR) and Monthly Status Reports (MSR) 

* Develop and maintain a Risk Management Plan (RMP) to identify, track, and mitigate project risks 

* Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including quality, security, and performance metrics 

* Manage contract resources and personnel, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management 

* Coordinate with government stakeholders to prioritize workload and implement solutions 

* Ensure high-quality deliverables are submitted within agreed-upon timeframes 

* Manage Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) development and testing 

 

Educational and Certification Requirement:  

 

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technology Development, or related discipline required 

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (Agile PM, etc.) required 

* 10+ years of relevant experience in a large Enterprise IT and/or Federal Agency Environment 

* 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions (CRM, ERP, LMS, etc.) 

* 5+ years of experience leading projects using a formal management methodology 

* Active SECRET security clearance required at contract start (with T5 Investigation completed or in progress)
