JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing pricing strategies across all product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing. Additionally, experience in business development and proposal pricing is essential to support our growth initiatives and secure new opportunities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
•    Lead and mentor the pricing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
•    Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer insights to inform pricing decisions.
•    Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and business development teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
•    Prepare and present detailed pricing proposals and reports to senior management.
•    Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize profitability.
•    Ensure compliance with all pricing regulations and company policies.
•    Lead pricing initiatives for bids and proposals, ensuring competitive and profitable outcomes.
•    Support business development efforts by providing strategic pricing insights and developing pricing models for new opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience with developing cost for Government contracts, and have experience developing Cost/Price volumes for proposals.
• At least five years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Pricing Manager or in a similar senior pricing role, with a focus on business development and proposal pricing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in pricing software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.
• Experience in developing pricing models for proposals and supporting business development initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
