Skills:
The customer at the Defense Health Agency is asking for support in their Governance Section with the following skills:
- Microsoft Apps experience (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
- Self-Starter, high attention to detail
- Strong Organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior officials in a professional environment
- Ability to manage, lead, and report on:
- Track, schedule, and manage meetings and tasks
- Coordinate and build slide decks and ensure distribution or updates
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes and other correspondence
- Provide executive support and interact with staff as requested
- Track and maintain Action Items and Deliverables for Governance Programs
Qualification:
- 4+ years of experience and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Administration or related fields.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to foster employee engagement and promote organizational growth.
Will be required to have/receive CAC in the role. GFE will be issued and CAC required to access files and tools to perform this role.
