Description

 Overview of Role 

The Senior Technical Lead will serve as the technical architect for the RCPAMS platform, overseeing all aspects of system architecture, design, implementation, and operations. This position will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to ensure the system meets all operational and security requirements while maintaining 99.9% availability. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

* Oversee the technical operation, maintenance, and sustainment of the RCPAMS platform 

* Develop and maintain system architecture documentation and diagrams 

* Lead technical problem-solving for complex issues and provide solutions recommendations 

* Design, implement, and maintain production, test, and development environments 

* Ensure proper implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) 

* Manage system configuration, patching, upgrades, and security improvements 

* Implement and maintain Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) 

* Provide technical oversight for system backup and recovery processes 

* Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation using eMASS 

* Lead disaster failover testing and continuity of operations procedures 

* Coordinate with Help Desk team to resolve escalated Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues 

* Manage system reporting capabilities and performance monitoring 

* Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and DoD Cloud Security requirements 

Educational and Certification Requirements:  

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Technology Development, or related discipline required 

* Certified System Architect (CSA) or equivalent preferred 

* 5+ years of relevant experience in a large Enterprise IT and/or Federal Agency environment 

* 5+ years of experience using a management methodology (PMP, AgilePM, etc.) 

* 5+ years of experience developing web applications in modern hosting environments 

* 5+ years of experience administering AWS, Sage CRM or equivalent, Windows Server, IIS, Tomcat, SQL, and relevant development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 

* 5+ years of experience with enterprise architecture, DoDAF, integration technologies, single sign-on, and data management 

* 5+ years of experience implementing Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) 

* Active SECRET clearance with T5 investigation required at contract start
