Overview of Role: 

The Program Manager (SME) provides executive oversight and leadership for a large-scale, multi-site federal network modernization program. This role is responsible for overall program performance, cost management, schedule adherence, and contractual compliance. The Program Manager serves as the primary senior point of contact with government leadership, manages subcontractor and teaming partner relationships, drives enterprise risk management strategies, ensures quality and timely program deliverables, provides executive-level status reporting, and holds final authority over all formal contract submissions.

Serves as the primary senior point of contact with government leadership; manages subcontractor and teaming partner relationships; drives enterprise risk management and mitigation strategies; ensures quality and timeliness of all program deliverables; provides executive-level status reporting; and holds final authority over all formal contract submissions. 

Educational and Certification Requirement:  

Master’s Degree  

PMP or PgMP required; CISSP preferred; 15+ yrs managing large-scale DoD/federal IT programs 

Must have an Active Security Clearance
